Our programmes for Children Looked After (CLA)

Our Children Looked After Programme (CLA) offers a range of free learning experiences to children in Hull and the East Riding. These experiences are aimed at children aged 7-13 years old and are delivered during school holidays, weekends and evenings. Each experience has a maximum of 10 children at a time to ensure that we can support the needs of each individual child.
Our learning experiences focus on building confidence, learning new skills, teamwork and introduce children to new and fun experiences. Some of our learning experiences are out of town but free transport is always provided from a central location.
Our experiences are delivered by our skilled Learning Experience Leads and are supported by a bank of volunteers from various backgrounds.
If you are a foster carer, social worker or a CLA designated teacher and are interested in referring a child to our fantastic learning experiences, please email our CLA Programme Co-ordinator Ciara O’Neill at Ciara.ONeill@hull.ac.uk
