Doorstep Elves Campaign Brings Christmas Cheer to Hull Families

Our Doorstep Elves campaign has officially wrapped up for the year, and we are proud to share the incredible impact made possible by the generosity of our community, partners, and supporters.

Thanks to the kindness of everyone who purchased gifts, donated through our JustGiving page, or volunteered their time to wrap, organise, and deliver, the campaign has been a huge success. This collective effort ensured that Christmas reached those who needed it most.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Hugh Rice Jewellers and St Stephen’s Shopping Centre for collecting gifts and supporting the campaign throughout. A special thank you also goes to Cranswick PLC for providing generous food hampers that made a real difference to local families.

We are grateful to BBC Radio Humberside for featuring Doorstep Elves on their breakfast show and helping raise awareness, and to Hull Live for sharing our story and spreading the word across the city. Their support played a key role in reaching more people and encouraging donations.

A very special thank you goes to Aaron Kirman for his incredibly generous donation of 67 selection boxes, ensuring every child supported by the campaign received an extra festive treat.

Because of this overwhelming support, we were able to hand-deliver gifts, food hampers, and Christmas Eve boxes to 25 local families across Hull. As a result, 67 children will wake up to an amazing Christmas filled with joy, warmth, and festive cheer.

We would like to thank everyone involved once again for their compassion and generosity. We hope you all enjoy a wonderful Christmas, and we look forward to continuing our work in the new year.
