We kicked off our exciting new partnership with Hull Jets in style on Sunday, welcoming more than 50 guests from across our corporate partner network to Hull Ice Arena for a special VIP evening.
The event marked the start of HEY Children’s University’s season as Hull Jets’ Charity of the Year and gave us the perfect opportunity to bring together some of the fantastic businesses and organisations that support our work across Hull and East Yorkshire.
Before face-off, guests joined us in the VIP lounge overlooking the ice for drinks, networking and a chance to hear more about the partnership between HEY Children’s University and Hull Jets.
A huge thank you goes to She Pours Mobile Bartending, who joined us for the evening and served complimentary, specially created HEYCU and Hull Jets cocktails and mocktails to our guests.
We then headed rinkside to watch the action, with our guests getting a brilliant introduction to ice hockey as the Jets secured a 3–2 victory!
To make the evening even more memorable, some of our lucky guests were invited onto the ice to help present the Man of the Match awards to players from both Hull and Leeds.
Our partnership with Hull Jets is about much more than one evening. Throughout the season, we’re looking forward to working together to raise awareness and vital funds for HEY Children’s University, helping us continue to provide children across Hull and East Yorkshire with experiences that broaden their horizons, build confidence and show them what is possible for their futures.
