Even though it was one of the hottest weeks so far, our CLA Learning Experiences still went ahead. The children started the week with the fantastic coaches at Soccer Kings Hull. The day was spent learning new skills and developing the children’s teamwork.
They then had an activity filled day at Rewilding and spent the day exploring outside, making dens, climbing trees and learning about the nature around us. “Best day ever” according to one of the children.
The final day was spent with the Maker Space team at central library making some whimsical decorations for the Big Malarkey Festival later this month. The children made their own books, tents and big tops, building on the skills that they had already learnt at Maker Space.
