This learning experience allows children to go ‘behind the scenes’ of a multi-award-winning Shopping Centre and learn about different roles within the business.

This learning experience gives children the opportunity to explore and learn about the wonderful facilities and courses on offer at Ron Dearing UTC. Children will foster an understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEaM ) by taking part in hands-on, fun activities.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the Hull and East Yorkshire Children’s University are teaming up to offer pupils in the East Riding an insight into the world of communications and the media. Children will learn about the skills involved in careers such as journalism, public relations and marketing and get the chance to put those new-found skills to the test with an exciting challenge at Brid Spa.

This is a valuable learning experience for selected gifted and talented children with an interest in tech/coding/3D printing and computers. It does not matter if they are girls or boys or what their academic ability is, just that they have an interest and talent in computers and tech. The children are given opportunities to explore jobs in tech in Hull through the C4Di foundation.
