Our learning experiences are designed to support the national curriculum whilst increasing children’s motivation, thirst for knowledge and aspiration. Our charity strongly believes that by doing this, we are increasing children’s long-term well-being, life chances and outcomes. We aim to support educational achievement in Hull and East Yorkshire by providing high quality, exciting and innovative learning experiences. We engage the wider community as learning partners and encourage local businesses to play a role in educating and supporting local children.
If you are interested in signing up children from your school to one of our learning experiences, please complete the expressions of interest form. Once we have received your form, we will get to work allocating you a date. Some of our experiences are limited, so we cannot guarantee a date for everything we offer. If you are allocated a date, the HEY CU team will handle all the administration required for your specific experience.
HEY CU appreciates how important staff-pupil ratios are, so to support you even further with your experience, where it is required, we will send a HEY CU Learning Experience Lead and HEY CU volunteers. All our HEY CU representatives are fully enhanced DBS checked and trained by our Learning Experience Manager. You will be emailed to confirm details before your learning experience takes place and after the experience, pupils and staff members who attend will be asked to complete an evaluation form to ensure we maintain the highest levels of quality.
